Carol Stensrud and William Stensrud, as Trustees of the Stensrud Family Trust 09- 16 -93, (hereinafter
GRANTOR), hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY (hereinafter GRANTEE), its successors, or assigns,
the easement and incidents thereto for a public recreational trail upon, over and across that certain
real property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
THAT PORTION OF LOT 4 OF CITY OF POWAY TRACT 89 -09, IN THE CITY OF
POWAY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP
THEREOF NO. 14091, RECORDED DECEMBER 5, 2000, AS FILE NO. 2000- 0659006
