A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE
AGREEMENT FOR STATE - FUNDED PROJECTS NO. 00228S
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND
APPROVE FUTURE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS
WHEREAS, Caltrans frequently issues Program Supplements to Local Agency -
State Agreements for State - Funded Projects; and
WHEREAS, these program supplements provide State funding for various phases of
public works and capital improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, State programming procedures require that a Master Agreement
Administering Agency -State Agreement for State - Funded Projects be executed; and
WHEREAS, State programming procedures require that a Program Supplement be
executed for each project; and
WHEREAS, the Master Agreement Administering Agency -State Agreement for
State - Funded Projects and future Program Supplements can be most effectively executed
by the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
Section 1 : The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the Master
Agreement for Administering Agency -State Agreements for State - Funded Projects No.
00228S and Future Program Supplements for State - Funded Projects within the City of
Poway.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at a regular meeting this 6 day of April 2010.
