NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 813 of the Civil Code, as follows:
a. The undersigned is the holder of record title to the land described as follows:

b. The right of the public or any person to make any use whatsoever of the above -
described land or any portion thereof (other than any use expressly allowed by a written or
recorded map, agreement, deed, or dedication) is by permission, and subject to control, of owner,
Civil Code section 813; and,
C. This consent is permissive only, and may be revoked by the undersigned at any
time in accordance with law.

California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 24, 1984.
Parcel B:
An easement 40.00 feet in width for road and utilities, the construction and maintenance
thereof over, under, along and across a portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 4857, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, June 24, 1976, the Southerly line of which is more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 1; thence North 86 053'15" East along
the Northerly line thereof 62.90 feet; thence South 3 006'45" East 40.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence North 86 053'15" East 828.28 feet on a line parallel with and 40.00
feet Southerly at right angles to said Northerly line of said Parcel Map No. 4857; thence
South 870 13'30" East 413.75 feet to the intersection with the Easterly line of said Parcel
1 of said Parcel Map 4857.
The sidelines of said 40.00 foot easement are to be prolonged or shortened so as to
