A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
REQUIRING POSTING OF ORDINANCES AND OR RESOLUTIONS
REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE PUBLISHED OR POSTED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ail Ordinances and all Resolutions required by law to be
published or posted shall be posted in at least three public places within
the City of Poway in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933,
Government Code.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of December, 1980.
