A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING FILING OF DOCUMENTS WITH
STATE AND COUNTY OFFICES AND OFFICERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Poway, California, the City Clerk
and the City Attorney are each appointed the authorized agent of the City
of Poway, California for the filing with such offices and officers of the
State of California and of the County of San Diego of certified copies of
ordinances and resolutions and such other documents as may be required for
the proper and efficient conduct of City business.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of December, 1980.
