Res 4 RESOLUTION NO. 4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING THE ACTING CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City of Poway, California was incorporated on December 1,
1980, as a general law city of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an Acting City Clerk be appointed imme-
diately in order that the affairs of the City may be properly administered;
and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Poway
to appoint Marjorie K. Wahlsten, an employee of the Poway Municipal Water
District, as Acting City Clerk of the City of Poway,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway DOES RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. MarJorie K. Wahlsten is hereby appointed Acting City Clerk
of the City of Poway until such time as the City Council of the City of
Poway does appoint the City Clerk.
Section 2. Compensation shall be in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the incorporation.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of December, 1980.
