A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF THE BOND OF THE CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Clerk shall deposit with the Mayor, for the bene-
fit of the City of Poway a Fidelity Bond in the penal sum of $5,000.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of December, 1980.
