Res 15 RESOLUTION NO. 15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING THE ACTING CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, the City of Poway, California was incorporated on December 1,
1980, as a general law city of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an Acting City Treasurer be appointed
immediately in order that the affairs of the City may be properly
administered; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Poway
to appoint Lee Lewis, an employee of the Poway Municipal Water District, as
Acting City Treasurer of the City of Poway,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway DOES RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. Lee Lewis is hereby appointed Acting City Treasurer of the
City of Poway until such time as the City Council of the City of Poway does
appoint the City Treasurer.
Section 2. Compensation shall be in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the incorporation.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 9th day of December, 1980.
