A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
FIXING THE kMOUNT OF THE BOND OF THE CITY TREASURER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Treasurer shall deposit with the Mayor, for the
benefit of the City of Poway a Fidelity Bond in the penal sum of $100,000
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 9th day of December, 1980.
