A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING SAN DIEGO COUNTY PROCEDURES
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REVIEW
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Poway adopts as its proce-
dures the San Diego County Procedures for Environmental Impact Review as
those procedures existed on December 1, 1980 and as they may be amended by
the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that City Council of Poway appoints as its
officers and agents, those officers and agents of San Diego County charged
with the administration of said Environmental Impact Review procedures.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 23rd day of December, 1980.
