Res 22 RESOLUTION, NO. 22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
DESIGNATING DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The general funds of the City of Poway shall
be deposited into the Security Pacific National Bank, Poway
office, 13395 Poway Road, Poway, California,92064.
Section 2. The payroll funds of the City of Poway shall
be deposited into the California First Bank, Poway Office, 12312
Poway Road, Poway, California, 92064.
Section 3. The City Treasurer is authorized and directed
to establish such general and trust accounts as are appropriate
and necessary for the proper management and safekeeping of the
funds of this City.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 30th day of December, 1980.
