RESOLUTION OF THE POWAY )
CITY COUNCIL APPROVING )
REVERSION TO ACREAGE MAP NO. 7282 )
RAYO DEL SOL )
WHEREAS, Reversion To Acreage Map No. 7282 was filed with this Council
pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 6 of the Subdivision Map Act on November 26,
1981; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider proposes to file a final map of said reversion; and
WHEREAS, this Council has considered said reversion and recommendations of
the Department of Planning and Land Use and the Department of Public Works
with respect thereto and has determined that the conditions hereinafter
enumerated are necessary to insure that the reversion will conform to all
requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and the Ordinances of the City of Poway:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council hereby makes the following
findings:
Dedications or offers of dedication to be vacated or abandoned by the
reversion to acreage are unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes: and
All owners of an interest in the real property within the subdivision have
consented to reversion.
This project was not subject to environmental review pursuant to Section
15105(c) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
Said reversion is hereby approved pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act
subject to the following conditions which shall be complied with before
a final map thereof is approved by the City Council and filed with the
County Recorder of San Diego County:
1. Dedicate or offer to dedicate land necessary for public purposes.
2. Forfeit previously paid fees necessary to accomplish the reversion.
Forfeit any portion of required improvement security or deposit
necessary to accomplish the reversion.

following vote:
