A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
LINDA L. ORAVEC
FOR HER SERVICES AS A DIRECTOR OF THE
POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, LINDA L. ORAVEC has served as a Director of the POW]kY
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT from February 10, 1976, to December 6, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby express their appreciation to
r. XNDA L. OIt~VEC
for her loyal, faithful and unselfish efforts which have contributed
greatly to the success of the POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT in providing
the community of Poway with essential services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the the City Council of the City of Poway hereby
express appreciation, on behalf of the residents of this City, to LINDA L.
ORAVEC for her support of the Poway City Incorporation efforts and for the
aid, assistance and support she has given to the City of Poway, and this
City Council in assuming its responsibilities as a full service city.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 27th day of January, 1981.
