A~ ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA k~ENDING
THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFER-
ENCE ALLOWING REVOCATION OF CERTAIN APPROVALS/PERMITS
FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF POWAY,CALIFORNIA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 7703 of the San Diego County Zoning Ordin-
ance, adopted by reference by the City of Poway is amended to add
Section 7703(d) as follows:
7703(d): A violation, by any person, firm or
corporation having obtained any permit or appro-
val of the City of Poway pursuant to any ordin-
ance or regulation of the City of Poway, of any
Ordinance or Regulation that is applicable directly
or indirectly to any permit or approval granted
pursuant to any such Ordinance or Regulation, may,
after an adjudication of that violation by the
City Council, be grounds for revocation or denial
of any permit or approval, including map approval,
that may be issued pursuant to the provisions of
this zoning ordinance.
Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Poway held the 24th day of March ,
1981 and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
City Council held the 3]$t day of March , 1981 by the
following vote:
