A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO
THE SAN DIEGO REGIONAL WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY.
The City Council of the City of Poway, California does resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS, on November 25, 1980, the San Diego County Board of
Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 11 ordering the Poway Reorganization, includ-
ing the incorporation of the City of Poway subject to the terms and conditions
specified in said resolution, which terms and conditions are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. ll incorporation of the
City of Poway became effective December 1, 1980;land
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. ll, the Pomerado County
Water District is to dissolve February 1, 1981; and the City of Poway is the
successor agency to said District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway as successor agency to the Pomerado
County Water District is substituted for the Pomerado County Water District as
a member of the San Diego Regional Water Reclamation Agency; and
WHWEREAS, as a member of the San Diego Regional Water Reclamation
Agency the City of Poway is entitled to one representative on the Board of
Directors of the San Diego Regional Water Reclamation Agency; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:
Section l: The Mayor of the City of Poway, California has
appointed Mary Shepardson as the representative and has appointed
Bruce Tarzy as the alternate representative of the City of Poway
to the San Diego Regional Water Reclamation Agency.
Section 2: The City Council of the City of Poway, California here-
by consents and approves of said appointment.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of
February, 1981.
