A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING A REGULAR AND AN ALTERNATE
MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR THE SAN DIEGO
REGIONAL WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY.
The City Council of the City of Poway, California does resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS, on November 25, 1980, the San Diego County Board of
Supervisors adopted Resolution No. ll ordering the Poway Reorganization,
including the incorporation of the City of Poway subject to the terms and
conditions specified in said resolution, which terms and conditions are at-
tached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. ll incorporation of the
City of Poway became effective December l, 1980; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 11, the Pomerado County
Water District is to dissolve February l, 1981; and the City of Poway is the
successor agency to said District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway as successor agency to the Pomerado
County Water District is substituted for the Pomerado County Water District as
a member of the San Diego Regional Water Reclamation Agency.
Now, therefore, the City Council designates Robert W. Meissner
as the regular member and Glenn E. Prentice as the alternate member to the
San Diego Regional Water Reclamation Agency Management Committee.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of
February, 1981.
