1 GRANT OF EASEMENT
-J (GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT)
MICHAEL A. LAYMAN (hereinafter "GRANTOR ") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY
(hereinafter "GRANTEE "), a GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT for public and quasi - public
utilities and services, including but not limited to water, sewer, gas, telecommunications, and
cable, and access for the construction and maintenance thereof, whether such utilities are
operated by the City of Poway or under contract, lease, statute, or franchise with any third
party, public or private; together with the right to assign such easement to others in whole or in
part in, upon, over, under and across the lands described below.
Said easement is particularly described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 25 of City of Poway Tract No. 98 -02, Heritage Ranch Estates, Map
No. 14388, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, California on
May 8, 2002 lying within the water easement dedicated to the City of Poway in said Map
No. 14388.
GRANTOR expressly warrants and represents that GRANTOR has the power to grant this
easement in accordance with its terms.
