A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET WIDENING AND
MAINTENANCE OF POMERADO ROAD TO THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO
WHEREAS, on August 29, 1979 an easement was granted to the County of San
Diego for highway purposes by St. Bartholomew's Church recorded with the San
Diego County Recorder as File/Page No. 79-363822; and
WHEREAS, on December l, 1980 this easement was transferred to the City of
Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Diego is preparing to award a contract for the
widening of Pomerado Road and this easement falls within this area of
improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Poway
that the easement identified above is hereby granted to the City of San Diego
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the necessary documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California at
a regular meeting thereof this i6th day of April, 1981.
