AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
(RS1-10)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning classification of the real property
described below is hereby changed as follows:
OLD ZONE: Use Regulations RU-29 Neighborhood Designator Q
Density 29 Lot Size 6000 Building Type L
Maximum Floor Area - Floor Area Ratio -

California filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County on October 5, 1978, together with that portion of the East Half
of Bowron Road (R.S. 1778) immediately adjacent to said Parcel 2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 21st
