Res 100 RESOLUTION NO. 100
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
NO STANDING OR PARKING ZONE
W~EREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of No Standing or Parking Zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain No Standing or Parking
Zone should be established:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 22507 the
following No Standing or Parking Zone is hereby established:
Both sides of Espola Road from the north line of Twin Peaks Road
northerly to the San Diego City Limits and on the east side from the
north line of Range Park BDad northerly to the north line of Twin Peaks
Road.
The south side of Twin Peaks Road from the west line of Espola Road
westerly $]0 feet and on the north side from the west line of Roberto
Rio Road westerly to a point 380 feet west of the west line of Budwin
Lane.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Poway, California at a
regular meeting thereof this 19th day of May, ]98].
