Res 104 RESOLUTION NO. 104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
NO PARKING ZONE - BUS LOADING ZONE
WHEREAS, Section 72.133 of the San Diego County Regulatory Ordinances
permits the establishment of No Parking Zone - Bus Loading Zone in the City
of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain No Parking Zone -
Bus Loading Zone should be established:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
72.133 the following No Parking Zone - Bus Loading Zone is hereby estab-
lished:
The east side of Pomerado Road from a point 40 feet north of the
north line of Poway Road northerly 40 feet.
The west side of Pomerado Road from a point 100 feet north of the
north line of Poway RDad northerly 80 feet.
The west side of Midland Road from a point 180 feet north of the
north line of Poway Road northerly 130 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of May, 1981.
