Res 105 RESOLUTION NO. 105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TAX DEEDED LANDS
WHEREAS, the Treasurer-Tax Collector of San Diego County has notified
the City of Poway that certain real property within the City of Poway has
been deeded to the State of California for the non-payment of delinquent
taxes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable for the City of Poway to purchase these strips
of property to hold until such time as a property owner will need them for
access to their property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute "Agreement to
Purchase Tax Deeded Property" No. 6880 between the City of Poway and the
County of San Diego.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 26th day of May, 1981.
