Res 110 RESOLUTION NO. 110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
FINDING TRANSFER OF PARKLANDS TO BE IN
CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY OF POWAY GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, upon the incorporation of the City of Poway, the County of San
Diego owned certain parklands within the boundaries of the city; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of the incorporation these parklands are to be
transferred to the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, in order to effectuate the transfer of this property from the
County to the City, the City Council must find that the transfer is in
accordance with the provision of State of California Government Code Section
65402.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway that
i it finds the transfer of parklands known as Poway Community Park, Garden Road
i Park, and Los Arbolitos Park from the County of San Diego to be the City of
' Poway in conformance with the City of Poway General Plan, in accordance with the
the provisions of the State of California Government code section 65402.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 9th day of June, 1981.
