Res 111 RESOLUTION NO. 111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGERTO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH 1976 STATE
PARK BOND ACT GRANT APPLICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Poway Municipal Water District applied for and received funds
from the 1976 State Park Bond Act to construct a Tot Lot and Campground at Lake
Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is successor in interest to these funds and
assumes all obligations under provisions of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway that
the City Manager is authorized to execute and submit all required documents
which may be necessary for the completion of these projects.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 9th day of June, 1981.
