Res 113 RESOLUTION NO. 11 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI~E CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF SAN DIEGO FOR PROCESSING PARKING VIOLATION NOTICES WHEREAS, the County of San Diego contracts with the City of San Diego for processing parking violation notices; and WHEREAS, the City of Poway has recently incorporated and desires to continue this service. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with the City of San Diego for the processing of parking violation notices issued within the City Limits.
