A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAYw CALIFORNIA
APPROVING THE REPORT PREPARED FOR COLLECTION
OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES ON THE COUNTY TAX
ASSESSOR'S ROLL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981-82
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires that sewer service
charges for the fiscal year 1981-82 be collected on the tax roll, in the same
manner, by the same persons, and at the same time as, together with and not
separately from, general taxes as provided in Health and Safety Code Section
5473 and Section 6520.5.
WHEREAS, the Pomerado County Water District, to which the City of Poway is
the sucessor agency, duly adopted Ordinance No. 77-60: An Ordinance of the
Pomerado County Water District Electing to Have Sewer Service Charges
Established by District Ordinances Collected on the Tax Roll in the Same Manner,
by the Same Persons, and at the Same Time, as Together with and not Separately
from, General Taxes pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 5473 and Section
6520.5; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors previously conducted a public hearing on the
matter following the due promulgation of notice as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The report submitted to the City Council setting forth sewer
service charges as established by Resolution No. 129 is hereby approved.
Section 2: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to file the Official
Report with the County Auditor, County of San Diego, State of California.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of July, 1981.
