Res 136RESOLUTION NO. 136 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981-1982 FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS OF THE CITY FORMERLY KNOWN AS POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER WHEREAS, on July 28, 1981, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 132 estimating the amount necessary to be raised by taxation and special assessments for the fiscal year 1981-1982; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 132 omitted Water Improvement District No. 2 and Water Improvement District No. 4 (property formerly known as Poway Municipal Water District Improvement Districts No. 2 and 4); and WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to formally state that the sums to be collected for these two Improvement Districts is $0.00. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve, order, determine as follows: Section 1: That the sum of $0.00 is required to be raised by taxation for the purpose of the payment of principal and interest on all outstanding bonds of the Water Improvement District No. 2 (property formerly known as Poway Municipal Water District Improvement District No. 2) and to provide for the payment of interest of the principal of said bonds at maturity. Section 2: That the sum of $0.00 is required to be raised by taxation for the purpose of the payment of principal and interest on all outstanding bonds of the Water Improvement District No. 4 (property formerly known as Poway Municipal Water District Improvement District No. 4) and to provide for the payment of interest of the principal of said bonds at maturity. Section 3: The City Clerk is instructed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego and to the auditor of the County of San Diego, San Diego, California.
