A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT GUIDELINES
BY REFERENCE
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Poway to
provide guidelines for the preparation of environmental documents and
information for projects within the City and sphere of influence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway, California does hereby:
Section 1
Adopt the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines as prepared
by the State of California Office of Planning and Research January 1,
1981 or as may be amended, as the guidelines for the preparation of
Environmental documents and information for projects within the city
and sphere of influence of the City of Poway.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 18th of August, 1981.
