RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
AUTHORIZING AND APPOINTING THE COUNTY TREASURER
OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TO PERFORM FISCAL DUTIES
IN CONNECTION WITH ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS FOR
GREEN VALLEY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 80-1 CITY OF POWAY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6405 of the.Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, the Treasurer of the County of
San Diego is authorized to perform certain fiscal duties and
responsibilities in connection with assessment act proceedings,
and
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego has submitted an agreement
to issue and service Improvement Act Bonds of the Green Valley
Improvement District 80-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Poway is hereby
authorized and directed to execute
"AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN
DIEGO AND THE CITY OF POWAY TO ISSUE
AND SERVICE IMPROVEMENT ACT BONDS OF
THE GREEN VALLEY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
80-1 OF THE CITY OF POWAY" pursuant to
Section 6405 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1981.
