A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION
AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981-1982
FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS OF THE CITY FORMERLY KNOWN AS
POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, POMERADO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT,
AND ORCHARD WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Poway Reorganization provided for
the City Council to "determine each year the amount of money needed to make
annual payments of the principal and interest of the outstanding voter-approved
bonded indebtedness of the improvement districts" and provide the information to
the Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, said conditions further state that "taxes shall be levied and
collected in the same manner provided by the principal acts of the dissolved
Poway Municipal Water District, Pomerado County Water District, and Orchard
Water District".
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
ORDER AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Fund 6075-52 - Poway Sewer Improvement District; Fund 6075-02
Pow~y City Poway Municipal Water Improvement District 3; Fund 6075-03 Poway City
Poway Municipal Water Improvement District U3; Fund 6075-55 Poway City Poway
Municipal Water Improvement District 2; Fund 6075-56 Poway City Poway Municipal
Water Improvement District 4, the sume of $0.00, a rate of 0% is required to be
raised by taxation for the purpose of the payment of principal and interest on
outstanding bonds. Sufficient monies are available in appropriated funds for
the purpose of Debt Service for this fiscal year.
Section 2: Fund 6075-51 - Poway City, Orchard Improvement District the sum
of $15,000, a rate of 0.02478%, is required to be raised by taxation for the
purpose of payment of principal and interest on said bonds at maturity for this
fiscal year.
Section 3: Fund 6075-53 - Poway City, Poway Municipal Water District the
sum of $'840,~0, a rate of 0.10275%, is required to be raised by taxation for
the purpose of payment of principal and interest on said bonds at maturity for
this fiscal year.
Section 4: Fund 6075-54 - Poway City, Poway Municipal Water Improvement
District 1, the sum of $3,500, a rate of 0.02305%, is required to be raised by
taxation for the purpose of payment of principal and interest on said bonds at
maturity for this fiscal year.

Section 5: Fund 6075-05 that the sum of $3,682.00 is due the Sewer Improve-
ment District representing 1/10th of the total annexation fees covering the Del
Norte Improvement District 73-1. That said sum of $3,682.00 shall be collected
as a Flat Charge Special Assessment of the 1981-1982 County Tax Roll pursuant to
instructions and agreements between Pomerado County Water District and the
County of San Diego.
Section 6: Fund 6075-08 that the sum of $289.00 is due the Sewer Improve-
ment"District representing 1/10th of the total annexation fees covering the Kozy
Crest Improvement District 80-2. That said sum of $289.00 shall be collected as
a Flat Charge Special Assessment on the 1981-82 County Tax Roll pursuant to
instructions and agreements between Pomerado County Water District and the
County of San Diego.
Section 7:' The City Clerk is instructed to forward a certified copy of this
Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego
and to the Auditor of the County of San Diego, San Diego, California.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
