A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING A ROAD NAME CHANGE
(REMLAP WAY TO CIVIC CENTER DRIVE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 34091.1, the City Council may
change the existing name of a City street by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to change the name of Remlap
Way to Civic Center Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA that the name of Remlap Way is hereby changed to Civic Center Drive,
and the City Clerk shall notify the County of San Diego of such change.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 8th day of Septembe~ 1981.
