Res 165 RESOLUTION NO. 165
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF COUNCIL MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Poway shall
be held without further notice in the City Council Chambers located at City
Hall, 13325 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Poway on each Tuesday at the hour
of 7:00 P.M. unless the same shall be a legal holiday, in which event such
regular meeting shall be held on the next succeeding secular day.
Section 2: Roberts Rules of Order is hereby established as the Rules of
Conduct for the Council's regular meeting.
Section 3: Resolution No. 7 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 29th day of September, 1981.
