RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AWAF~]ING
THE C~)NTRACTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
PUBLIC WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT IN A SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT-
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL .of the. CITY OF POWA~, CALIFORNIA (hereinafter
referred to as "Agency''), did publicly open, examine and declare all sealed
proposals or bids for doing the work and improvements described in its

(hereinafter r~ferred to as the ,,Assessment District").
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2. That the Agency hereby rejects all of said propossls or bids
except those herein mentioned, and does hereby award ~'he
construction contracts for doing said work and making improvements
in the Assessment District to the lowest responsible bidders as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated
herein, at the prices named in the bid of said bidders on file in
with the transcript of these proceedings and open for public
inspection.
SECTION 3. That this award of contracts is hereby conditioned upon and made
subject to the receipt of monies fr°m the sale of bonds.
SECTION 4. That the works of improvement shall be- constructed in the manner
and form as set forth in the plans and specifications for these
pr6ceedings, as previously approved by this Agency as a part of
the ,,Report", as required by law and specifically the ,,Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California-

SECTION 5.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this ___13th
That the Mayor and City Clerk of Agency are hereby authorized to
execute the Agreements for the works of improvement relating to
said Assessment District for and on behalf of said Agency, and a
copy of said Agreements shall be on file with the transcript of
these proceedings.
