A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
SETTING FORTH ACTION ON
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS 81-02 A-C (CIRCULATION)
WHEREAS, the City Council has held duly advertised public hearings on
October 13, 15, and 27, and 29 to solicit and consider comments, pro and
con, from the public; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered all of the
aspects and facts available for each General Plan Amendment request,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Poway California does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: Approvals

GPA 81-02~Coastal Equities: Approval of request to delete Green
Valley Truck Trail from the Circulation Element Map.
GPA 81-02¢Ci~y of Poway: Approval to delete SR 125 from Beeler
Canyon Road to Community Road from the Circulation Element Map and
direct staff to study alternative routes with the appropriate
jurisdictions and add a notation to the Circulation Element Map,
"SR 125 is currently under alternative route study and may be
added to the Circulation Element Map in the future."
Section 2: Tabled

GPA 81-02B City of Poway: No determination was made to delete
Midland Road but direction was given to look at possibility of
deleting portions of Midland. Further consideration of this item
was tabled.
Section 3: Negative Declaration
The City Council hereby finds that the actions on Section 1: Approvals
on will not have a significant effect on the environment and issues a
Negative Declaration for each General Plan Amendment under Section 1.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 10th day of November, 1981.
