A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
VACATING OPEN SPACE EASEMENT
(VAC 81-25)
WHEREAS, Map No. 7892 (The Ranch) was recorded in the office of the San
Diego County Recorder on March 5', 1974; and
WHEREAS, said Map contains certain Open Space Easements; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to vacate one such easement and relocate it on an
adjacent lot; and
WHEREAS, Section 8333, California Streets and Nighways Code, allows summary
vacation of easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 4, Part 3, Division
9, of the Streets and Highways Code, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby vacate the open space easement described as:
Being the easterly 15.00 feet of Lot 10 off the Ranch, in the City of
Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
thereof No. 7892, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego, March 5, 1974, excepting the southerly 15.00 feet of said Lot
10.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 10th day of November, 1981.
