A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
REQUIRING DEDICATION OF STREETS WITHIN
THE URBAN LIMIT LINE OF THE CITY OF POWAY
WHEREAS, the City Council has established standards for the development of
streets within urban limit lines as noted on the adopted General Plan for the
City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the
citizens relative to their health, safety, and general welfare that roads should
be improved to definite standards established by the City;
WHEREAS, these streets which are developed to public street standards should
be accepted for dedication into the publicly maintained system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Poway
finds as follows:
Section 1: Dedication:
Ail streets developed to public street standards within the urban
limit line shall be dedicated for public use, provided, however,
that this provision may be waived under appropriate
circumstances.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of November, 1981.
