A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A RECOMMENDED BAIL SCHEDULE
TO BE USED FOR VIOLATION OF POWAY CITY ORDINANCES
WHEREAS, the City Council has established Regulatory Ordinances in the City
of Poway regulating the discharge of firearms and the use of vehicles upon
private property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an Ordinance adopting by reference the
San Diego County Regulatory Ordinances in effect at the time of incorporation;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to recommend a bail schedule for violation of these
Ordinances for the review and adoption by a majority of the Municipal Court
Judges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway
recommends the adoption of the bails for City Ordinances noted below and the
bail schedule for County Ordinances as proposed by the County of San Diego.
Ordinance No. 33 - Use of Vehicles on Private Property $50.00
Ordinance No. 37 - Prohibition for the Discharge of Firearms $50.00
All other City of Poway Ordinances $25.00

California, at a regular meeting thereof this 24th day of November, 1981.
