A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 97
WHEREAS, on April 28, 1981, the Cit~ Council adopted Resolution
No. 97 amending Pomerado County Water District's Resolution No. 81-7
by changing the penalty payment for Green Valley Improvement District
80-1 to two percent (2%); and
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego has requested that the penalty
payment for delinquent bond payments for Green Valley Improvement District
80-1 be reinstated at one percent (1%); and
WHEREAS, the reinstatement of the penalty payment at one percent
(1%) will facilitate sale of the bonds; and
WHEREAS, the reinstatement of the penalty payment at one percent
will not be detrimental to the City of Poway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Poway does hereby rescind Resolution No. 97.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 15th day of
December, 1981.
