RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE ITEMS FOR THE CITY OF
POWAY THROUGH THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General
Services of the State of California to purchase any item nec-
essary in the City's operation for an on the behalf of the City
of Poway pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that
City Manager, Director of Administrative Services and Purchasing
Manager are hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver
all necessary requests and other documents in connection there-
with for and on behalf of the City of Poway.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the. City.of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this' 3rd
day of November , 1981.
