A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
VACATING RESERVED PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS
(VAC 81-101)
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors on April 17, 1973,
adopted Resolution No. 109, (Recorded as File/Page No. 73-115054) VAC 72-32,
which vacated certain property now located in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the above named Resolution has certain reservations for public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, these reservations have not been and will not be utilized for
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, Section 8333, California Streets and Highways Code, allows summary
vacation of public service easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 4, Part 3, Division
9, of the Streets & Highways Code the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby vacate the public service easements reserved from VAC 72-32, described
as:
All of Rayo de Luna Court, together with Lot "A" as shown on map No.
7282 of Rayo del Sol, on file in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of San Diego.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 12th day of January, 1982.
