RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ANNEXING TEP~RITORY TO THE
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF POWAY
NELSON CO., INC., ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit "A" has
requested the property be annexed to the Sewer Improvement District of the
City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and
considered the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of
the City of Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit "A".
2. The conditions of annexation are:
a. The payment of the sum of $1,000.00 to the City of
Poway for the right and use of all existing property,
real and personal, of the Sewer Improvement District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including
but not limited to, advertising, engineering and
attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement
District is in the best interest of the land owners and
the City of Poway.
4. The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to the provisions
of the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended, and
the annexation is a project that will not have a significant
effect on the environment.
5. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit "A"
shall become effective immediately upon passage of this
resolution.
6. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by
law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of January, 1982.

Ail that unincorporated territory in the County of San Diego,
State of California, lying within the northwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 13 South, Range 2
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to United
States Government Survey described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Section 36
distant 'thereon South 89°23°'35'' East 769.06 feet from the .
northwest corner thereof;
1. Thence-South 0°4~"57" West 325.38 feet to the center
line of 60 foot wide Stone Canyon Road as shown on
Parcel Map No. 5755, records of said County;
2. Thence South 89°02'06'' East 95.60 feet along said center
line to the beginning of a tangent 301.72 foot radius
curve concave northwesterly;
3. Thence northeasterly along said curve 163.63 feet;
4. Thence North 59°53'32'' East, 127.59 feet;
5. Thence leaving said center line North 2°38'45'' West
218.84 feet to the North line of said Section 36;
6. Thence North 89°23'35'' West along said North line
348.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.
