A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING A ROAD NAME CHANGE
GEORGERUSS ROAD TO MONTE VISTA ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to government Code Section 3409.1, the City Council may
change the existing name of a City street by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to change the name of
Georgeruss Road to Monte Vista Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA that the name of Georgeruss Road is hereby changed to Monte Vista
Road, and the City Clerk shall notify the County of San Diego of such change.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 2nd day of March, 1982.
