A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR RECREATIONAL
FACILITY USE AND RESCINDING ALL RESOLUTIONS
ADOPTED BY THE POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RELATING TO FEES FOR RECREATIONAL USE OF LAKE POWAY
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has recreational facilities which are available
for use by the public; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a Schedule of Fees for this use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway:
1. That the Schedule of Fees attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby
adopted, to be effective immediately.
2. All Resolutions adopted by the Poway Municipal Water District
relating to recreational use of Lake Poway are rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 16th day of March, 1982.

SCHEDULE OF FEES
Non-refundable cleaning deposit when serving food
in rental buildings $50.00
Non-refundable application processing fee 1.50
Wedding Receptions, Dances or similar activities will be charged an
additional $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit.
Ail City sponsored activities and public agencies as defined in these
Rules and Regulations shall be permitted to use the recreational
facilities at no charge. City sponsored activities will be required to
pay a fee of 25% of any amount being charged. A $25.00 non refundable
cleaning deposit will be charged.
Youth groups (with 50% or more of group under 18 years of age) will be
allowed to use the facilities for meetings free of charge.
