A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE COUNTY
OF SAN DIEGO'S RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 3545
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 3545, hereinafter "Map", submitted
by Piedmont Construction Company, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing
the real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State
of California, described as a portion of Section 31, R-l-W, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian in the Poway area into 78 lots, regularly came before the
County of San Diego for public hearing and action on May 21, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the Acting Director of Public Services has recommended the
amendment of the Map set forth in the Agenda Report of April 27, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
determined the amendments are in the best interest of the City of Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve
and amend the County of San Diego's resolution of May 21, 1980, TM 3545
as follows:
Section A
The developer shall construct P.C.C. curbs and gutters in lieu of the
construction of 5-foot A.C. walkways, the developer shall construct
5-foot P.C.C. walkways on Midland Road and Street "A" to Stone Canyon
Road on one side to provide a safe route to school.
Section aa
The developer shall deposit with the City a sum of $50,000 for the
construction of an offsite drainage facility located on Martincoit Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 27th day of April, 1982.
