A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE BUDGET AND
ASSESSMEN~FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83 OF THE
SAN DIEGO REGION WATER t{ECLAMATION AGENCY
WHEREAS, Section 23 of the Joint Powers Agreement provides that member
agency shall approve the budget and assessments for the ensuing fiscal year
in sufficient detail to constitute an operating outline of the funds needed
and the expenditures to be made for those administrative, study and work
projects of general benefit to all member agencies; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City of Poway to approve the
San Diego Region Water Reclamation Agency's Budget and Assessments for fiscal
year 1982-83,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and determined that the City Council of
the City of Poway approve the following:
That the budget which is attached hereto as Exhibit A
be hereby approved as the 1982-83 Budget of the San Diego
Region Water Reclamation Agency.

That the assessmen~ set forth as Exhibit B be hereby
approved as the City of Poway's contribution to the
San Diego Region Water Reclamation Agency.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 25th day of May, 1982.
