A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF POWAY AS
THE PUBLIC AGENCY RESPONSIBLE FOR
ADMINISTRATION OF DAVIS/GRUNSKY
CONTRACT NO. D-GGR23 AS FUNDED AGENCY
W}{EREAS, the Poway Municipal Water District entered into a
contract with the State of California for funding under the Davis/
Grunsky Act Recreation Grant for construction of Lake Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway as a term of incorporation,
assumed all liabilities of the Poway Municipal Water District; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a contact person for
the responsible agency,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Poway assumes responsibility for Davis/Grunsky Contract No.
D-GGR23 as funded agency,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Poway designates the City Manager of the City of Poway as the
contact person for the City.
