A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RESCINDING RESOLUTION 211 AND
ESTABLISHING SCHEDULE OF FEES AND DEPOSITS
WHEREAS, Section 87.206 et. seq. of the City Code authorizes the City
Council to establish fees for various grading plan check applications by
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Section 87.207 et. seq. of the City Code authorizes the City
Council to establish fees for various grading permit applications by Resolution;
and
WHEREAS, Section 81.205 et. seq. of the City Code authorizes the City
Council to establish fees for various subdivision final map check applications
by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Section 81.201 et. seq. of the City Code authorizes the City
Council to establish fees for various subdivision improvement plan check appli-
cations by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Section 81.206 and 51.511.2 et. seq. of the City Code authorizes
the City Council to establish fees for various general improvement plan check
applications by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Section 81.205 et. seq. authorizes the City Council to establish
fees for various final parcel map check aDplications by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Section 71.408, 71.314, 71.315, 51.511.2, and 81.206 et. seq. of
the City Code authorizes the City Council to establish various fees for con-
struction permits and inspection applications by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway:
That Resolution No. 211 establishing an interim "Schedule of Fees" is
hereby rescinded.

That the attached "Schedule of Fees and Deposits" is established for
Engineering Permits, Plan Checking and Inspection Services.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 15th day of June, 1982.

Checking Fee - Reversion to Acreage or 1 lot
Subdivision ............ $150
Checking Fee - Subdivision Final Map ....... $250 + $10/lot
Checking Deposit - Subdivision Imp. Plans
including landscaping ....... 3-1/2% of Imp. Cost
Checking Deposit - General Imp. Plans
including landscaping ....... 3-1/2% of Imp. Cost
