A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
"NO PARKING OR STANDING" ZONE ON
STONE CANYON ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits
the establishment of a "No Parking or Standing" Zone in the City
of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "No Parking or
Standing" Zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 22507,
the following "No Parking or Standing" Zone is hereby established:
The south side of Stone Canyon Road from the westerly
curb prolongation of Espola Road westerly, for a
distance of 1,200 feet.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California
at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of July, 1982.
