RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION
PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized and directed a study
for the preparation of a Classification and Compensation Plan for all
employees in the City service of the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the plan has been developed; and
WHEREAS, the plan is determined to be in the best interest of
the City and its employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway:
1. That the Position Classification Manual prepared
by Ralph Andersen and Associates, dated June, 1982, and
filed in the office of the City Clerk be approved; and
2. That the attached position classifications are
hereby established as full-time, permanent classifications
at the indicated range from the salary schedule.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway at
a meeting of said Council duly held on the 13th day of July , 1982.
