A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY CALIFORNIA
AMENDING THE FINANCIAL PLAN
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-1983
TO PROVIDE FOR THE INITIAL
ENGINEERING WORK FOR ESPOLA ROAD WIDENING
AND STONE CANYON ROAD WIDENING
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Poway City Council to amend the
Financial Plan for fiscal year 1982-1983 to provide for the initial
engineering work for the widening of Espola Road and Stone Canyon Road;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has estimated the cost of the initial
engineering for these projects to equal $49,200 as follows:
Espola Road Widening
Stone Canyon Road Widening
Survey Costs $ 6,200 $ 4,200
Design Costs 20,200 15,500
Right of Way Engineering
Costs 3,100 -
29,500 19,700
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE POWAY CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Financial Plan be amended as appropriate to provide for
the initial engineering for the widening of Espola and Stone Canyon Roads.
2. That $49,200 be transferred from General Fund Operating Contingencies
to the Capital Improvement Fund to finance the initial engineering for these
projects.
3. That the $29,500 be allocated to the Espola Road project and
$19,700 be allocated to the Stone Canyon Road Widening project.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting held this 27th day of July, 1982.
